System Engineer – L2 NOC Location: Mexico City Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational, 24x7 coverage---We are hiring a System Engineer – L2 NOC to support an external multinational client in the telecommunications industry.This position is essential for ensuring seamless network operations, resolving escalated incidents, and maintaining high service standards.Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated network/system issues.· Major and minor medical expenses· Visual and Dental coverage---Minimum 4+ years of experience in networking and systems (LAN/WAN/WLAN/DHCP/DNS).
· Strong troubleshooting skills in complex network environments.
