System Engineer – IT Support

About the Role:

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support for clients in the US, EMEA, and Australia.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage Active Directory tasks and IT service requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Own client issues from start to resolution within SLA guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ year supporting international clients.
• 2+ years in IT Service Desk/Tech Support/BPO for US, AUS, or EMEA clients.
