Job Description: PLC System Engineer/Senior Engineer (Maintenance & Troubleshooting)

Role Overview:

The PLC System Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of Port Quay/RTG Crane's control systems. This role focuses on the maintaining, diagnosing, and Troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI/SCADA) and Communication part between PLC & Drive (VFD) System to minimize downtime with all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled inspections and software backups of Fuji Electric brand PLC/HMI/SCADA systems to prevent hardware failure or data loss.
• Rapid Troubleshooting (Breakdown): Diagnose complex system faults involving PLC CPU, I/O modules, communication networks (Profibus, Ethernet, RS232C, RS485), and field devices. Replacing the necessary PLC Hardware's in case failure.
