About the role

This role sits right at the intersection of operations, systems engineering, and software - in a highly technical maritime environment.

You’ll work on complex naval vessels, supporting the digitalisation and automation of decision-making and operational processes on board.

The focus is on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and translating real operational needs into structured, usable system models and functional requirements that software teams can build from.

You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, ship operators, clients, and shipbuilders. And yes, that also means being on-site and occasionally on board vessels.
