System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, decommissioning, and replacement of IT infrastructure equipment within the Data Centre in accordance with organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records in collaboration with Asset Management.
• Perform routine environmental inspections within the Data Centre.
• Manage procurement, deployment, and support of Data Centre systems and equipment.
• Provide Level 1 technical support and escalate issues where necessary.
• Troubleshoot hardware, system, and software issues using diagnostic tools.
• Coordinate with Facility Management on M&E issues impacting operations.
• Document incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
