Job Description
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including assessment, planning, design, testing, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance.
Foster teamwork, collaborate with technical support teams, and deliver excellent customer service.
Proactively address and resolve technical support issues.
Perform preventive maintenance, create documentation and develop user guides.
Install and test proof of concepts, ensure project timelines, and provide timely reports.
Coordinate and produce formal documentation for major escalations.
Drive process improvement and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Conduct periodic service and maintenance reviews with customers.
Maintain accountability for Professional Services and Maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SLAs are met.
