Job Description

Candidate need not have all four—any strong combination  works (e.g., Exchange + SQL or M365 + SharePoint). 
Unix & DB Team : 
At least one database platform  (Oracle, SAP HANA). 
Server Team : 
OS (Windows/Linux) and networking mandatory. 
Database knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory. 
Media Management Team : 
Windows + networking mandatory. 
Storage concepts  and troubleshooting required (disk storage; tape optional). 
If one candidate has Windows + VMware + Cloud (Azure/AWS) , that’s ideal. 
Don’t expect all skills in one person—hire complementary profiles.
