About the role
We are seeking aServiceNow ITOM Platform Engineerwithhands-oncloud experienceto build,operate, and continuously improve our ITOM capabilities in ServiceNow. This roleis responsible forDiscovery, CMDB data quality, and Service Mapping acrosshybrid on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
What you'll do
Design, implement, and operate ServiceNow IT operations management capabilities with a focus on discovery, configuration data quality, and service mapping across on‑premises and cloud environments.
Build and maintain reliable discovery architecture by managing mid‑server design, credential handling, network zoning, performance tuning, and monitoring.
