Role Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled engineer to support the A*CRC Major System Services. This role is crucial in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operation of Linux-based systems that used in scientific and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and provide technical support for HPC infrastructure and Linux-based systems.
Perform daily system health checks, apply security updates, and manage OS-level patches
Manage system operations, including configuration, customization, and user account management
Troubleshoot issues related to system performance, OS, and software environments
Collaborate with researchers and internal teams to fulfill technical requirements and resolve issues
