System Engineer

Overview

We are currently supporting a highly innovative and fast-moving Life Sciences programme in Switzerland and are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join as a critical early hire.

This position is the highest priority role within the engineering team and will play a central part in shaping the product development lifecycle from the earliest stages. The successful candidate will take ownership of requirements management, systems engineering structure, and risk-based design support within a regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Systems Engineering professional looking to join a high-impact programme at an early phase, with significant influence over product direction and development strategy.
