Job Description
- Experienced in SLA management of Desktop and EUC
- Experienced in Service Delivery and management
- Experienced in WOG project
- Manage all aspects of SLA for the customers
- Coordinate process and incidents to support customers and ensure BAU operations
- To support WOG endpoint infrastructure, IT support and WOG services to support operations and improve staff productivity in order to deliver reliable services to customers.
- Setup and manage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) for all the ISS endpoints.
- The work involve in enhancing the security posture of MDM, domain and profiles setup for the various devices connected to MDM, security configurations, and device enrolment.
- Conduct endpoint malware investigation in GSIB and ISS endpoints, when required.
- Create and manage software testing and packaging workflows in SharePoint platform to replace workflows in LN DB for use.
