Job Description: Head of Systems & IT (Group Level)

Makati / Sta. Rosa (with coordination across all group operations)

REPORTING TO:
Founder / Group President

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Head of Systems & IT will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing all digital systems across the CostPlus Group and its affiliated businesses. This role ensures the organization operates on robust, cloud-based systems rather than individual dependency, enabling scalability, continuity, transparency, and operational efficiency across multiple business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Group-Wide Systems & Cloud Architecture
2. Design and maintain centralized cloud-based systems.
3. Ensure all documents are securely uploaded, categorized, version-controlled, and access-controlled.
