System Integration Engineer

Job Roles
Responsible for installing new sensors/devices and testing them to ensure they work correctly.
Test and qualify IoT solution design specification (hardware & software).
Perform troubleshooting on the device supported by the hardware provider.
Diagnose problems and provide solutions to repair them, including PCB circuits, software configuration, and firmware upgrades. Order parts for repairs if needed.
Perform data communication monitoring, and configuration of servers, networks, and equipment.
Perform device maintenance, and calibration procedures as well as provide customer support.
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on the job/services performed.
Educate the client on how to use and maintain their devices.
Explain issues with devices/sensors/equipment and repairs to customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and sub-contractors.
