- Work on assigned projects collaboratively with the team.
- Plan and develop the organization’s core systems.
- Coordinate with Japanese vendors to manage system development and project timelines.
- Gather and analyze requirements from Thai and Japanese users.
- Prepare and update requirement definitions to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Improve systems and work processes to align with business needs.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users.
- Prepare user manuals, deliver systems, and conduct user training 
Job Requirement

- At least 1 year IT / Business Analyst / Project Coordinator
- Basic knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project workflows.
- Business level in Japanese (write and communicating), JLPT N 1
