Responsibilities
Make an impact: The incumbent is responsible for providing onsite software support services following the completion of project implementation. The role involves delivering support in accordance with agreed service levels and meeting customer expectations. The incumbent is expected to make every reasonable effort to restore system operations within the shortest possible timeframe. He shall ensure full compliance with all relevant procedures, instructions, and technical standards, while supporting customers in maintaining their systems in optimal working condition.
