Job Description
In Solvo Global we are looking for a SYSTEM OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to assist our clients and other departments with questions, requests and issues pertaining to the G/L services
Location: Medellín, Antioquia (Sede Murano Cl. 40 sur # 41-44)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 am- 06:00 pm-Weekends Off (Flexibility for Students)
Salary range: $2,200,000 COP-$2,500,000
Requirements:
B2-C1 English Level
Responsibilities:
Monitor the daily workflow of the team.
Correspond with clients via email and phone in a timely manner.
Assist in maintenance of a client's GL file (i.e., updates or missing GL accounts).
