Overall Job Function : Business Analyst (BA) , Project Coordinator / Project Manager, Product / Solution Consultant
1. System Planning & Product Understanding, Learn and understand company products including:
- Closed-loop prepaid system
- Membership & loyalty platforms
- CRM systems
- E-gift and digital voucher systems
- Support system design and implementation planning for new projects
- Provide technical feedback to improve products and services 2. Project Coordination & Client Support
- Join client meetings, system demonstrations, and training sessions together with the Sales/BD Team
- Gather technical requirements and coordinate with internal IT/Development teams
- Ensure project timelines are met, and deliverables align with agreed scope
