System & Software Engineer – Avionic Systems (Navigation & FMS)

TXT e-Tech Srl, part of TXT Group, is looking for two professionals with solid experience in System Engineering and Software Engineering applied to complex avionic systems, with a focus on:
Navigation Systems (TACAN, DME, VOR, etc.)
Flight Management System (FMS)
The selected professionals will join an integrated team working in close collaboration with a leading aerospace customer, contributing to a strategic, high-profile program.
Full on-site presence at the customer’s premises is required.
Main responsibilities
Analysis, specification, design, and integration of Navigation and FMS components
Support to requirements definition and traceability using DOORS or equivalent tools
Contribution to certification processes in compliance with DO-178C, ARP4754A, DO-254
Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with regulatory and customer standards
Participation in design reviews, technical meetings, and direct customer interface
