Description

The Solutions Manager is responsible for researching, reviewing and making recommendations on any new and existing software applications or innovations from a perspective of design, integration and technical fit with other systems. In addition, they will also provide support for existing and future platforms. The Solutions Manager will partner with the Architect Lead, Syneos Health IT and Boldsky Tech Solutions to provide system updates, integrations, or new tool implementation as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for writing, auditing and ensuring adherence to SOP's within systems, and course correcting where applicable. Including, but not limited to:
