Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for warehouse management systems (WMS), including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and implementation of new features or upgrades.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, reporting any inefficiencies or bugs.
• Support warehouse staff in using WMS tools and applications.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure integration between WMS and other systems.
