System Support Engineer

As a System Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.

Candidate should have thorough understanding and working knowledge of following:

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Windows Server OS
• Forefront & Sophos Firewall
• HP Storage server
• HP ProLiant series server
• WSUS/WDS/DNS/DHCP
• Microsoft 365
• Google Workspace
• Linux OS & Cybersecurity principles (highly preferred)
• Ability to understand Events & Logs monitoring
• Basic understanding of Subnetting, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP
• Very well aware of MS Visio / Edraw for technical documentation & report writing
• Experience Level: 1-2 years.

Qualification:

· Minimum Graduate (Computer Science is highly preferred)

· Relevant certification/courses

Communication Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
