Automation Warehouse System Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for warehouse management systems (WMS), including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and implementation of new features or upgrades.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, reporting any inefficiencies or bugs.
• Support warehouse staff in using WMS tools and applications.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure integration between WMS and other systems

Requirement:

• Basic understanding of SQL, database management
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support when required.
