Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware & software issues
Manage POS & ERP system support (remote & onsite)
Install, configure & maintain systems
Troubleshoot network & system errors
Coordinate with branches for IT-related issues
Requirements:
Intermediate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
1–3 years experience in IT Support / System Support (Fresh can also apply)
Knowledge of POS & ERP systems (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Ability to handle multiple branches remotely
