Job Description

DATA INTEGRITY & SYSTEM MAINTENANCE:

• Ensure the data team adheres to the required structures ofTourplan,Extranet, andB2B.
• Tourplan Database System Audit maintenance (as received from BI & Systems)
• Review/analyse rate-loading errors and provide recommendations to management and team on a weekly basis at Training Forums(errors are received from ticketing system, and general queries coming from the Business units as well as BI & Data
• Maintain and consistently review all supporting documentation for product loading and training

CONTENT LOADING & RATE MANAGEMENT:

• Ensure Tourplan NX content is loaded according to global standards.
• Assist in checking rates and policies (Tourplan NX and B2B) during peak seasons.
