The Opportunity:
We’re looking to fill an opening for for a System Support Technician II to join our Technology Support Services Team for 12 months.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Support Services the System Support Technician II is responsible for providing senior technical support to internal and external users by responding to requests for assistance, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
