Systems Admin

The Opportunity
I’m partnering with a Managed Services provider in Brisbane to find a Systems Admin to join their technical services team. This is a hands-on role supporting and improving customer environments across Microsoft, networking, security, and virtualisation.

You’ll be working across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, firewalls, and backup platforms, using enterprise tooling to resolve incidents, improve systems, and drive operational efficiency.
If you enjoy technical ownership, structured environments, and real engineering work (not just ticket closing), this role fits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Triage and resolve incidents, requests, changes and problems via RMM and ITSM tools
• Support Windows Server and desktop environments
