Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Administer malware protection environment to ensure laptops/desktops are secure
Administer endpoint encryption environment
Administrate the desktop client management tools (SCCM)
Create, maintain, and execute desktop and laptop IMAC processes (install, move, add, and change)
Design, implement, package, and distribute end-user software/hardware Evaluate, test, patch, and upgrade OS, desktop apps, malware definition, hardware, etc.
Troubleshoot, test, and resolve complex end-user technical issues/problems, ranging from software (Windows, Mac, etc.) and hardware (laptop, desktop, accessories, etc.
Maintain system availability. Record and manage changes and incident response.
Administer VMware in an enterprise server, desktop and application virtualization environment
