Overview

Within the Computational and AI Services team within the Informatics & Analytics department, the System Administrator - Storage Management will serve the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) and its patients by providing computing services and assistance to faculty and research staff. The position is part of a specialized group of highly skilled engineers and administrators closely engaged with the research departments, bringing practical hands-on computer expertise, HPC and storage expertise, and cloud operational support to cutting edge bio-medical research.The successful candidate's responsibilities will include active monitoring and fast response to help desk requests such as to ensure high system availability to all users with minimal interruptions.
