Systems Administrator II

**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator II to support and demonstrate excellence to our Nashua, NH production workforce. A Systems Administrator II plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role will be supporting both classified and unclassified factories. Candidate should be customer service oriented, attentive to detail, and self-motivated.
This job is onsite at our south Nashua, NH location with limited travel to other BAE sites.

Responsibilities:

+ Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard
+ Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets
+ Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility
+ Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards
