Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


  • Assist in the resolution of technical support issues for server hardware and software.

  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot physical and virtual server infrastructure.

  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environment.

  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot storage arrays and related devices.

  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot network based services: File and Print services, Email, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS/WINS

  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot messaging and meeting systems: conference room equipment, audio/video conferencing, etc.

  • Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure VM environment.

  • Perform additional tasks as requested, including but not limited to:
  • Data backups

  • Disaster recovery

  • Recommendation, testing and procurement of IT related hardware and software
