Systems Administrator (Midrand KZN Hub)

Position Description:

Systems Administrator

You will be responsible for, amongst other duties:

•Verifying

•Customer service – Schedule deliveries

•Report on postponed orders

•Print labels for picking after confirming and print POD 

•Briefing and debriefing (when handing over PODs to drivers check if they all have their drivers licence)

•Working on Mahanttan, Wmos. Dash board reports and write offs 

•Monitor inbound (trucks to be received and communicate with the guys)

•Completing and closing of load

•Send Delivery service report

•Reallocating damaged stock and endorsements

•Report on refunded orders

•Report on RMs (customer complain)

•Ensure order fulfilment is achieved

•Daily cycle count
