At Mercury Filmworks, our artists and production teams create award-winning animated film and television projects enjoyed by audiences around the world and our IT team plays a critical role in keeping that creativity moving.
We are looking for a Systems Administrator who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and helping people succeed. In this role, you will provide day-to-day technical support to production staff and corporate teams, assisting with workstation deployment, user support, onboarding, hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting both on‑site and remote workers.
The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, customer‑service focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment where priorities can shift quickly.
