• Near-Zero Unplanned Downtime

Keep terminal servers, Hyper-V hosts, and accounting applications (Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake, UltraTax, CCH, etc.) running with <1 critical incident per quarter through proactive monitoring and remediation.
