Job Description
The Technology Systems Administrator will be responsible for
the support, maintenance, and administration of core business systems,
including ERP, CRM, BI, and Workflow platforms. The role requires a proactive,
systems -oriented professional with a strong grasp of enterprise software, user
support, and digital workflow optimization.
This position will work closely with superusers, IT teams,
and vendors across multiple regions to ensure platform stability, performance,
and scalability in support of operational and conservation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise
systems including CRM, ERP, BI, and workflow solutions (e.g., Laserfiche,
Microsoft Dynamics).
· Serve as the primary support liaison for system
superusers across departments and protected areas.
