Systems Administrator (up to 110K)

Work Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm EST for the first 3 months, then transition to 11am-8pm EST

The MSP Systems Administrator is responsible for client support / escalations, and monitoring response from our centralized monitoring systems. This role owns their tickets end-to-end, working directly with end users while maintaining internal service quality. The Engineer supports Microsoft 365 operations, endpoint management, security tooling, and monitoring, with the scope to escalate to our most senior Engineers when an issue exceeds capability.
