  Job Summary 
 The  systems analyst  is responsible for monitoring and screening email alerts. Quantifying and providing a detailed analysis of the types of alerts received. Identifying those that need immediate attention and escalating the identified issue to the appropriate person or department.
 
  Area of expertise (Skills) 
 Effective communication skills 
 A high level of motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work autonomously are critical.
 Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
 Data Management
 Systems Management 
 Basic knowledge of Database (Oracle). API request and response behaviors
 Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
 Knowledge of analytical tools such as Glassbox, Splunk, SQL, TAS, JIRA, and Clarify.
