YOUR ROLE

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Quality/Testing:

• Execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual unit testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.

Microsoft DevOps:

• Manage and maintain development life cycle in Azure DevOps.
