Systems Administration Systems Analyst II Alabang, Posted 5/28/2026. 
Job Details The candidate will be part of the IT GFS Service Operations Excellence Team in the IT Hub Manila. The team delivers system operations services, incident and problem management, and fulfillment of service requests, among others. The candidate will be responsible for supporting several/applications and performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system in compliance with client standards. 
Responsibilities Compliance and documentation 
Coordinating and scheduling backup/recovery 
Performing disaster recovery and testing 
Service level agreement monitoring 
Access and Identity monitoring
