Job Description

Job Overview  
The Systems Analyst, IT-HR analyzes HR business problems to be solved with SAP SuccessFactors and related HRIS systems. This role assists in identifying, evaluating, and developing HR systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. The individual executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing for SuccessFactors modules and assists in creating specifications for system enhancements to meet business requirements. 
A Day In The Life  
Every day at Hubbell is different, and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by: 
Administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.) to support HR business processes. 
Managing user access, security roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors.
