Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design the overall system architecture to meet project requirements (including database design)
• Ensure technical requirements align with business goals through thorough analysis
• Translate functional requirements into detailed user stories
• Convert user story details into design and technical requirements
• Effectively communicate requirements to the Dev Lead, Scrum Master, and BA/QA
• Validate deliverables of Business Analysts/QA to ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes, workflows, and systems
