• Gather and analyze requirements for order management and trading workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, use cases, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis between current systems and OEMS capabilities.
• Document workflows using UML/BPMN (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Define data models, APIs, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation.
• Support UAT, testing coordination, and defect triage.
• Investigate production issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory needs.
• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge base.

Relevant Experience

• 6–10+ years as Business/System Analyst
• Experience in trading systems, brokerage platforms, or fintech solutions
