Title- Systems Engineer 3

Position Responsibilities:
* Develop Statement of Work (SOW), for Request for Proposals and Catalogs, containing engineering hours, flow time, and parts requirements in support of BGS Modifications Services.
* Determine affected groups and supporting organizations, including engineering groups external to Modifications.
* Define airplane starting configurations and system functionality while utilizing job classification and training to perform technical research to confirm description of change accuracy.
* Identifying prerequisites that must be completed concurrently or before the customer requested change can be incorporated.
* Develop preliminary risk assessments, resolve/validate type change certification (major/minor), and identifying concurring E-UM/DAE as appropriate to mitigate project risk.
