Green Light Worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for a System Engineer join their team a 3-month assignment with possible extensions
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and support enterprise backup and restore platforms (software & hardware).
• Handle backup/restore incidents, service requests, and change activities.
• Ensure system availability, integrity, security, and performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative improvements.
• Maintain and improve system documentation, processes, and knowledge articles.
• Provide technical guidance and uplift for Service Desk teams.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure, security, and QMS standards.
