Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems.

Key responsibilities will include technology implementations, service and project requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incident response and rectification.
Previous Experience Required
Windows Server and Desktop OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Azure & Intune. 

VMware vSphere and associated VMware technologies.

Microsoft System Centre suite and other enterprise software.

SAN technologies for storage design, implementation, or administration.

Infrastructure platform design and troubleshooting.

Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4 practices.

Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
