Systems Engineer- Cebu

Perform installation and deployment of products and solutions sold by Microgenesis. Provide excellent post sales technical support to clients by staying up to date with product knowledge and presentations, certifications and trainings, and teamwork spirit with co-engineers and sales personnel.

I. Essential Job Function

• Performs installation and provide post-sales support for external customers at the least possible time to ensure that targeted and reasonable Turn-around time is achieved.
• Conduct continuous study, testing and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills. Acquire technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification trainings and examinations.
• Provide support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo and Presentations.
