Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems.

Key responsibilities will include technology implementations, service and project requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incident response and rectification.

Previous Experience Required

• Windows Server and Desktop OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), Microsoft Teams.
• Microsoft Azure & Intune. 
• VMware vSphere and associated VMware technologies.
• Microsoft System Centre suite and other enterprise software.
• SAN technologies for storage design, implementation, or administration.
• Infrastructure platform design and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4 practices.
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
