Systems Engineer (Desktop Engineering)

The Systems Engineer (Desktop Engineering) is responsible for providing enterprise desktop, endpoint, and audiovisual support within a complex IT environment. This role focuses on analyzing system and workflow requirements, maintaining Windows-based environments, and delivering Tier 2 end-user support for productivity platforms, print services, and conference room technologies. The engineer will support operational stability, endpoint lifecycle management, and user productivity by troubleshooting system issues, implementing corrective actions, and documenting technical procedures in accordance with enterprise standards.
