Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer provides presales and after sales support to the sales team, partners, and end customers.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Support: Meet with vendors, partners, and end customers to qualify requirements and develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Technical Assistance: Assist partners and end customers with technical inquiries and provide in-house training to SEs and the sales team.
• Proof of Concept: Perform Proof of Concept (PoC) and demos to showcase solutions to partners and end customers.
• Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations to provide technical and solutions overview.
• Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support via email, phone, onsite, or remote sessions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Coordination: Work with vendors' Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for speedy problem resolution.
