Systems Engineer

Marshall Canada is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Ottawa, ON. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering, this role is responsible for supporting the business by executing systems engineering practices that contribute to the performance, reliability, and scalability of Marshall products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities to meet business, program, and project demands, including developing and maintaining systems engineering management plans.
• Develop, design, and optimize system architecture, including identification and integration of subsystems.
• Define system, subsystem, and component interfaces to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Define, monitor, and manage system Size, Weight and Power (SWAP) constraints.
• Ensure systems meet all SWAP constraints while maintaining compliance with performance, cost, and functional requirements.
