Job Description

                    Systems Engineer, Senior (Calibration) is responsible for leading ECU calibration development and vehicle‑level evaluation for AWD/eLSD programs, ensuring on‑time delivery, alignment with customer requirements, and strengthening technical capability to support future business expansion.
Support ECU calibration development and vehicle‑level evaluation activities for AWD/eLSD programs, including increased eLSD-applied vehicle projects.
Plan and execute vehicle‑level testing to validate performance targets and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Coordinate system integration and calibration activities, securing dedicated ownership aligned with HMC development organizations.
Contribute to on-time R&D delivery by improving development efficiency and supporting adherence to project milestones.
